Miller Waste Celebrates New Additions to 25 Year Club

Recently, members of Miller Waste’s 25 Year Club met to celebrate the induction of its newest members – employees who reached 25 years of service between 2020 and 2023.

Friends and family of new and existing members joined Blair McArthur and John Carrick, Co-owners of the White Owl Group (parent company of Miller Waste) in Stouffville, Ontario, to congratulate the latest cohorts on their milestone achievement.

“We applaud each of you. You all exemplify the values that have served us so well and that will continue to guide us,” Blair told the crowd.

“Your dedication and commitment to our company is extraordinary and exemplary. We look forward to many more years ahead working alongside you as we continue our journey to be “Only the Best”.

Miller’s partnership with its employees – one based on mutual honesty and respect – has defined the company since 1961 and is a driving force behind its success.

The company’s “promote from within” philosophy means that leaders stand at the ready to share their knowledge and extend opportunities to develop skills, earn certifications, and grow with the company.

This year marks the sixtieth 25 Year Club celebration in Miller Waste’s history, bringing the total number of members to 72 – and counting!
