Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Open/close pro shop to staff
  • Serve customers as they arrive
  • Operate point of sales terminal
  • Answer phone calls, book tee off times and tournaments
  • Oversee students to ensure all work is being performed
  • Address concerns or issues from customers and rectify the situation
  • Ensure smooth daily operations in the pro shop
  • Close beverage cart
  • Ensure cleanliness of the pro shop at all times

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal skills including the ability to clearly communicate with various audiences
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
  • Proven ability to work both within a team environment and independently
  • Polite, courteous and friendly
  • Must be available 7 days a week including weekends for the season, shifts to be scheduled as indicated
  • Smart Serve Certificate Required
  • Food Handlers certificate an asset
